Super bright, the hand controls were simple enough to learn, the battery lasts all night, and you can throw the beam as far as you can see.

Amazing light for trail running (and just about everything else)! I tested this on a short 4-5 mile run and then used it for 3-4 hours of night running the grand canyon on snow ice and loose rocks. No bounce, great battery life, and brightness. I have over a dozen other headlamps (some more expensive) and this is my new go-to! This light is very bright on low (sufficient for 10-15% downhill grade technical running) and seems to live up to the 7.5 hour claimed battery life in that mode (tested at home). This, and the pass-through charging, are super important to me for overnight adventures! The hand-waving feature is a bit unreliable outside and annoying when in a tent but can be disabled. At first, I was in love with it, but with more use, the novelty wore off. If you can make it get the wave accurately more often and be less sensitive to non-hands I'd love it! Overall the best headlamp I've ever had for trail running and by proxy most other use cases I care about.

The light of the Array 2S is better for me and feel brighter then the "cool white" of the 2Pro. Also hope you can make a wave hand on/off function like the old one H16.

Fantastic light i just got mine today which was great timing as i was working up in my attic that im remodeling and dont have lights in yet,this thing is fantastic and not having to play with buttons to adjust the brightness was pretty cool,i mostly just used the left and right swipes for high and low. i only got to use it for about an hour today but about the only thing i noticed is if you wipe your brow if your sweating it can change the brightness on you..no biggy tho you can just change it back swiping the other way...only improvement i could see for this one would be something inside of the rubber band to give it a bit more stiffness its so so floppy it makes it hard to untangle and get on your head at first.
