I. Introduction

Olight has always been committed to listening to our customers and creating the best experience for them. Olight will publish a blog every two months to give feedback on customer suggestions and opinions. This is the implementation of Olight's corporate philosophy and strategy of "customer-centricity". 

II、Sources of Suggestions

We collected customers’ suggestions from email, live chat, and social media platforms. After recording and analyzing them, we published the feedback in a timely manner. Here are the two surveys and feedback we posted in June.

III. Suggestions Adopted by Olight

We adopted 11 suggestions from our customers. For more details, please check the Links to Feedback in the sheet above.      

i. Product:

1.The updated version of Perun 2 is expected to be launched in December this year with 3 LED white light.

2.Olight will do a more in-depth research about a low light "sensitive examination" light for the medical field to decide whether to develop it.

3.Plan to meet the high beam demand for the updated Baton series lights in 2024.

4.Obulb Pro S and Obulb Plus will be pushed firmware update to optimize the special effect mode that has faster change speed to make the color change more soft.

5.Develop A Baton/Perun hybrid type of flashlight with the function of torsion.

6.Make an Oknife with a light.

7.Design more limited edition Oknife or other items.

ii. Olight Store

1.Consider offering gift wrap services, along with the option to include a personalized card with a message.

2.Consider a home-oriented sale or a back-to-school sale in August.

3.Consider adding a product comparison zone for comparing product specifications in the future.

iii. Service:

1.Add the latest swag in the Redemption Zone.

IV、Two improvements made by Olight

Number 1: Improvements in Delivery Methods

In June, our website has launched optional delivery methods, including USPS and FedEx. Customers have the option to choose their preferred delivery method, but they will be required to pay additional shipping fees, which will vary based on the destination and weight of the products. Additionally, customers can choose to add a signature confirmation service at an extra cost.

Orders that have already qualified for free shipping will not be affected, and customers will still enjoy the privilege of free shipping. For example, if the order amount reaches $49 or if customers are eligible for free shipping based on their loyalty level. However, if there is a need to change the shipping method, additional shipping fees will be charged. 

Number 2: Improvements in Points Acquisition Through Reviews

Users can earn points for each SKU review they leave, and they can earn additional points if they upload pictures in their reviews.
