    Hello, I'm sorry you had a bad experience, our vacation is over, and did you use the email "cs@olightstore.com"?
    They are 12 hours ahead of the east coast, they have been on holiday. First rule is always contact CS@olightstore.com. Even while they are holiday, the have at least one staff available for support in their time zone. Olight has the best support for their customers. They are second to none.

    Olight staff have been on holiday for the past couple weeks for Chinese New Year. They actually have excellent customer service.
    Did you use the email “cs@olightstore.com”? I contact their CS with that email all the time. Currently working out an issue via that email. Olight has excellent customer service, the best I’ve ever seen. Not sure why you aren’t having a good experience.
