    Feel sorry about it dear friend. Because the first generation of lamp beads is discontinued so we change another that shows 2100 lumens and 500 meters.

    Panda Man is correct - I have Warrior Xs purchased directly from Olight at different times, the first was 2,500 Lumen and the 2nd (newer) was 2,100. The specs were downgraded - perhaps because too many product units didn't measure up to the full 2.500 Lumen design spec?

    We do understand the difficulties you’re facing, starting out is often times the most difficult part of becoming a dealer: establishing a client base is indeed difficult. A lot of our dealers have an online presence, whether it be a website or social media. We’ve seen that having a good social media presence is often times the best way to build your customer base. Rules regarding not sharing affiliate links on the group page exist so that we show no favoritism towards anyone.

    cs@olightstore.com will get you customer service and there is a live chat link at the bottom of the webpage. Maybe opening the flash light and taking the battery out and putting it back in might help. Some reason this helped with a similar issue for at least one charge.
