I LOVE the innovation of this product. I have this tac -light on my ZPAP92 and it works awesome at night-time (even in the rain) just ran this up in wet conditions on Mt. Hood Oregon. Plenty of illumination and the recharging quick disconnect is simple and well thought out. I also have another one of the small Baldr's for a suppressed .22. Running that green light laser at night silenced is a total thrill. Love these products and the beautiful packaging they send them in makes you feel like you're getting something really special.

This is the perfect light to throw on a rifle you need to use mostly outdoors. However you cannot use the low light mode with the tape switch adapter. If you need to use that, and want the tape switch, I recommend the Warrior 3S with the rail mount. If you don't care for the tape switch, this will work quite well. I can't take points off because it doesn't allow for low beam with the tape switch. it is what it is. It functions perfectly well. It's mounted to my .223 varmint rifle.

Loving the light. Had it for a few months now. Only drawback I have is the pressure pad. Is there one smaller because it takes up too much space on my DDMW PDW 300Blk

I have the original Odin and now the Odin Mini. The original has worked flawlessly on my 5.56 AR and I bought the Mini to mount on my Shockwave. I have yet to shoot it with the light attached, but I do wonder if anyone else has had any issues with the 12ga recoil destroying the light? Customer Service said "SURE! It'll be fine!"...but.

“Wow, 2000 lumens? That sounds great.” It is bright, the multi-focus lenses have excellent long-range penetration as well as a wide dispersion of flood light in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, I am limited to 1000 words here; so although I could report my review here, I am unable to detail the “CONs” for you, so that’s what I’m going to write: The Odin has two brightness modes that are controlled by nuanced application of pressure to the rear cap. Without the remote switch, the flashlight functions perfectly. The Odin comes with a remote switch that magnetically attaches to the base cap and pushing forward on a lock-ring secures it from being unintentionally disconnected. Press one end of the switch for momentary and the other end to latch the light on or off. However, using the remote switch allows the light to be used ONLY in HIGH mode and here is where I found the Odin to be unsafe in tactical situations because that remote switch’s limited functionality.

Thanks for your valuable suggestion for our Odin Mini. Sorry for the word limit on what you wanted to write. In response to your feedback, we have upgraded the remote switch. The dual-button magnetic remote switch sROD-7 on the Odin GL Mini has two buttons, with the option of low mode and high mode.

I have 4 of these. The lights are awesome. However, 3 of my 4 lights are stuck inside the mounts. They go in and never come out again…. Permanently attached to my rifles. So just saying… the whole take it out and use it as a normal light is hit or miss. 3/4 of mine were misses.
