Separate battery pack fits ovalized aluminum or carbon frames, not round down tubes. No brackets provided for water bottle mount. Strong velcro straps and rubber back on battery pack.
Very bright but the wide beam is pretty narrow, about 4 feet wide at 10 feet range. Spot is half that. For quality and battery life I'll give it a 10. The narrow beam on wide (and on full, all 5 leds) brings it down to a 7 for off road use. Battery pack is about 2w *1.25d *7L inches and pretty heavy.
