FAQ

Q1: What is the difference between the parameters of UV lamp beads? 

A1: The electrical power is 2.4W, the optical power is 760mW and the wavelength is 365nm. 

Q2: Why does the flashlight's charge indicator show amber, it won't be fully charged and move to green. 

A2: Please make sure that the light is not in lockout mode. To unlock it, please hold and press the button for about 1 second until the moonlight is on. 

Q3: How long does fast charging take to fully charge and how does its battery level show? 

A3: It takes about 1.5 hours. And the power indicator light indicates the remaining battery level with three colors (Green: ≥60%, Orange: 60%~ 10%, Red: 10%~5%, Red flashing:<5%). 

Q4: Why use a two-way clip design?
