I. Introduction

Olight has always been committed to listening to our customers and creating the best experience for them. Starting this month, Olight will publish a blog every month to give feedback on customer suggestions and opinions. This is the implementation of Olight's corporate philosophy and strategy of "customer-centricity".


II、Sources of Suggestions

We collected customers’ suggestions from email, live chat, and social media platforms. After recording and analyzing them, we published the feedback in a timely manner. Here are the two surveys and feedback we posted in September.

III. Suggestions Adopted by Olight

We adopted 17 suggestions from our customers. For more details, please check the Links to Feedback in the sheet above. 


i. Product:

1. The Freeze 2 Copper will be released in the September sale.

2. Arkfeld UV version will be released in the first half of next year.

3. We received lots of feedback on  Improve clips, and we are always optimizing and improving this problem.

4. Thanks for “Upgrade Baton 3 and Warrior mini-series” suggestion, we are upgrading the Baton 3 and Warrior mini-series.

5. Thanks for “Obulb Pro jack-o-lantern covers” idea, but we don’t have a plan at this time to implement this suggestion.

6. Thanks for “Improve the Swivel light magnets” feedback, We have already improved and upgraded the magnets.

7. Thanks for “Improve the Marauder 2's beam” idea, We have already improved this in the new Marauder.

ii. Olight Store:

8. There will be a sale of limited edition color lights.

9. At present, except for the sold-out products, all goods are in the store.

10. As long as the products can be engraved, the bundle's products can also be engraved.

11. Layaway is already available.

12. OFAN DAY sale’s spinner will not have the "Thank you".

13. Ipad user's browsing website will be adjusted on 9/28.

14. Only offer engraving for products that can actually be engraved.

15. It’s hard to predict the out-of-stock times because inventory is always in flux.

iii. Logistic:

16. We have arranged to be matched with a better logistics carrier.

IV. Three improvements made by Olight


Number 1: Mystery Packs Available




Mystery Packs are back during O-Fan Day in September! There are three different packs available, each with a different type of product inside and each at a different price point: EDC, Tactical, and WML. These were quite a hit during our O-Fan Day celebration! But these three mystery packs are only available in O-Fan Day Flashsale and we may offer different mystery packs in the near future!


Number 2: PayPal Installment Payments Reminder




Though PayPal Installment Payments have been available on our website for some time, many Ofans haven’t been aware of it. PayPal Installment Payments let you order the items you want today, and then pay for them over time rather than all at once. We’ve placed a PayPal Installment Payments reminder below the product title on each page of our site to let everyone know this option is available.

Number 3: Redeem O Coins for Coupons



During our O-Fan Day event in September, we allowed our fans to redeem their O Coins for coupons. This was very popular, as it allowed Ofans to use their O Coins in a new way, giving them more choices.
